Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside the class teacher and other staff to maintain a meaningful, supportive and secure learning environment.
- Deliver small group or 1:1 intervention.
- Be part of a classroom team, under the direction of the class teacher or learning mentors.
- Support pupils with their personal and behavioural development.
Ideal Candidate will:
- Hold a Team Teach qualification or other relevant experience.
- Have an up‑to‑date Enhanced DBS, preferably on the update service.
- Be positive, dedicated and resilient – a challenging but rewarding role.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain a calm, patient and positive approach and be able to communicate well on all levels.
