The Role
- Deliver engaging Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable)
- Lead and support school productions and extracurricular drama activities
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Promote confidence, teamwork, and creativity in all students
- Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment
- Work collaboratively to enhance the school’s arts curriculum
Who We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Early Career Teachers (ECTs) welcome
- Experience teaching Drama in schools or educational settings
- Confident, creative, and passionate about the performing arts
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
