Ignition Driver Recruitment are looking for Class 1 Drivers in Haydock to work with our client, who is one of the UK’s leading supermarket chains.
You will need 12 months experience driving commercially to be considered for this role, and you will be completing ambient and chilled store deliveries, in a well maintained vehicle.

Hours
Full‑time hours (start times between 21:00 – 02:00 Wednesday to Sunday or Thursday to Monday)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ambient and chilled store deliveries
- Max 3 drops daily
- Clean work with well‑maintained vehicles
Working Hours
We are currently looking for drivers to work the night shift with start times between 21:00 and 02:00. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations and be able to monitor and keep your working hours accordingly.
About you
- You will have your Class 1 Driving Licence and at least 12 months experience driving commercially.
- You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi‑tacho card.
- Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we cannot accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements.
- As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations and be able to monitor and keep your working hours accordingly.
- You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift.
- We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
