Salary: £24,770 – £27,231 (Pro rata salary £21,955 – £24,136). Incremental progression throughout the band is available.

Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only | Hours per Week: 36 | Location: Across Various Sites

Responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in enhancing the learner experience and improving achievement across the college.
  • Maintain a visible presence on campus, providing practical support and innovative enrichment activities.
  • Deliver tutorials and engage in early identification of safeguarding and welfare concerns.
  • Champion and promote student voice to shape and develop the student experience and WELLSTUDENT strategy.
  • Work proactively and forward‑thinking to support student wellbeing and success.
