Title: Healthcare Assistant

Working hours: 16 hours per week

Salary: Band 2.0

Location: Buxton Medical Practice (Derbyshire)

Responsibilities

• Need practical experience and strong communication skills
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
• Support clinicians and patients in urgent and emergency care settings
• Carry out essential observations and assist with patient care and comfort
• Work within a close‑knit team providing high‑quality, compassionate care
• Keep services running smoothly through teamwork and attention to detail
• Play a vital role in making every patient experience a positive one

Qualifications

• Practical experience and strong communication skills
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
