Stagecoach Bus Driver – Kilmarnock Depot
We are seeking skilled, friendly, and reliable drivers to operate coach services from Glasgow, regularly cycling between Kilmarnock and Glasgow every 9 weeks.
Salary & Bonus
Competitive hourly pay of £14.50/hr in Kilmarnock and £15.75/hr in Glasgow, with guaranteed minimum hours (39 in Kilmarnock, 50 in Glasgow including travel). Overtime available. Annual earnings start at £39,305+ and rise with overtime.
Joining bonus structure: £500 after a 4‑week qualifying period, £1,000 after 12 months, £1,000 after 24 months.
Responsibilities
- Drive safely and confidently.
- Deliver great journeys and high‑quality customer service.
- Act as a friendly, trusted presence on the road.
- Work early mornings, evenings, weekends – flexibly.
Qualifications
- Valid PCV licence.
- Valid PCV CPC entitlement.
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
- Age 18+ with right to work in the UK.
- Calm, professional driving style.
- People‑first attitude and team spirit.
