We are looking for Sushi Chef Manager with minimum 24 hours per week in our Sushi Gourmet – Shorehead

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations
• Ensure the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves
• Highly organised, with a focus on forward planning
• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
• Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
• Be a skilled multitasker
• Be an early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
• Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered

Pay

Paying up to £12.71 to £13 per hour, depending on experience
