Folder Gluer Operator/Print Finisher

Permanent Role!!!

We are working with our client in Rocherster, Kent to recruit a Machine Operator who has had experience with Printing machines. You need to have worked in the paper/print/packaging industry. The client is a leading print/packaging company that provides print and packaging materials for a variety of blue chip and high‑end customers.

Responsibilities

• Running a machine to create cartons and packaging for various clients.
• Problem solving.
• Setting up the machine after an initial training period.
• Managing packers working on the machines.
• Achieving daily targets.

Requirements

• Experience running machines within the print/packaging industry.
• Fault finding skills.
• Confidence and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and a good team player.
• Hours of work: 6am‑1.30pm, 1.30pm‑9pm, and 9pm‑6am rotating on a weekly basis.
• Monday to Friday availability.
