Aspire People are recruiting for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work within a primary school setting, supporting pupils with SEMH needs, Autism, and behavioural challenges . This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children to overcome barriers to learning.
The Role:
- Supporting pupils with emotional, behavioural, and social development
- Assisting with behaviour management strategies and de‑escalation techniques
- Helping pupils regulate emotions and engage positively in learning
- Supporting classroom activities and structured interventions
- Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
- Promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment
What You’ll Gain:

The Ideal Candidate:

- Full‑time, Monday to Friday (term‑time only)
