This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same, offering flexibility alongside valuable school-based experience.

Role Responsibilities

• Supervise classes during teacher absences
• Ensure students complete the work that has been set
• Maintain a calm, focused, and respectful classroom environment
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies
• Report back to teaching staff on lesson progress and any issues

Ideal Candidate

• Has experience working with young people (school-based or otherwise)
• Is confident leading a classroom independently
• Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills
• Is reliable, adaptable, and professional
• Holds (or is willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
