Northern Ireland Hospice provides specialist respite, symptom management and end of life palliative care to over 4,000 babies, children, and adults each year, who are living with life‑limiting and life‑threatening conditions. The care focuses on managing physical symptoms and supporting emotional, psychological and spiritual well‑being for patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Delivering posters, leaflets and newsletters to local shops, community noticeboards and libraries in your local area
- Transporting event materials and equipment for local fundraising events and collecting and returning them thereafter
- Assisting with setting up and/or packing down before and after local events
- Delivering and collecting collection cans and buckets from donors in the community and ensuring secure transfer to NI Hospice
- Liaising between donors in the community and Fundraising staff to report any discrepancies, concerns or queries
