SEN Teaching Assistant (Level 2)

Full-Time | 9am–3pm | Long-Term

This is one of those roles.

You’ll be supporting students aged 11–19 with autism, communication needs, and complex learning difficulties in a structured, supportive school environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups
• Helping deliver a personalised, EHCP-led curriculum
• Supporting routines that help students feel safe and settled
• Encouraging independence and life skills

You’ll need

• Level 2 TA qualification or relevant SEN experience
• A calm, consistent approach
• Confidence working with a range of additional needs
