Wallasey KS2 Teacher Jobs – Supply & Cover Roles | £120–£180 per Day
The Education Specialists (TES) are working with primary schools across the Wirral to recruit motivated and experienced KS2 Teachers for short‑term, long‑term, and day‑to‑day cover roles. These positions offer a rewarding opportunity to support pupils in Years 3 to 6, helping them prepare for key assessments and transition to secondary education.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
- Support pupils’ progress in literacy, numeracy, and foundation subjects.
- Prepare pupils for assessments, including SATs where required.
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Manage behaviour in line with school policies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leadership teams.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers.
Who Can Apply
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching within KS2 is preferred.
- Strong curriculum knowledge and understanding of assessment expectations.
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
- A flexible and proactive approach to teaching.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
