Join to apply for the Hairdresser role at TieTalent. PIED-DE-POULE is a chain of beauty salons. We are looking for a master hairdresser-colourist who is passionate about delivering high-quality styling and colour.

Responsibilities

• Perform haircuts and colouring with attention to technique and long-term results for clients.
• Use leading brands of cosmetics and modern tools to provide excellent service.
• Build and maintain a base of regular clients through high-quality service and customer care.
• Collaborate with the back-office and marketing teams to attract and retain clients.
• Follow the company process to ensure clients leave delighted with their new image.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Basic knowledge of cutting (e.g., bob) and a solid understanding of colour theory, tone level scale, and neutralisation schemes.
• Ability to perform any haircut and colouring while continuing to learn and hone skills.
• Professional with exceptional taste and a genuine passion for the craft.
• Willingness to grow within a structured development path and receive training.

Work Schedule and Conditions

• Schedule: 2/2 from 9:00 to 21:00. Individual schedule may be discussed at the interview.
• All necessary modern tools and access to leading cosmetics brands are provided (personal scissors not included).

Compensation and Career Progression

• Initial rate during base-building period; future rate/percentages negotiated at interview.
• Potential career progression within the company: assistant > master > leading master > art director > network teacher.
