Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the leadership of safeguarding and attendance in school
- To work with the Headteacher and Middle Leaders in all aspects of leadership and management.
- Contribute to establishing the core values of the Leadership Team and their practical expression.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and best practices
- Foster a culture of Integrity and Tenacity in operational excellence
