Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Base pay range

£28,000-£30,000 (depending on previous experience)

Konker is recruiting for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a RIBA practice based in central Leeds. The main office is in Harrogate, and you will work from Harrogate on Mondays for team meetings.

This RIBA practice of 25 offers a strong order book and projects across Residential, Care Home, Retail & Logistics. The role supports the team with an increased workload, requires Revit experience, and offers financial support and mentoring for completing Part 3.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery aspects of the RIBA plan of work.
• Use Revit daily in a high‑paced environment.
• Assume a technically lead role progressing with project delivery.
• Receive mentoring and support for Part 3 through a studio mentor.

Qualifications

• Experience with Revit.
• Part 2 of RIBA accreditation.
