Nursery Class Teacher – Joseph Cash Primary School
What is the job role? Are you an experienced and passionate early years teacher ready to take the next step in your career and lead high-quality Nursery provision? Joseph Cash Primary School is seeking a skilled, reflective and inspiring class teacher to lead our Nursery setting and drive excellence in early years education.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage, particularly Nursery
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of early childhood development and effective early years pedagogy
- Has the confidence and expertise to lead and develop high‑quality Nursery provision
- Is committed to ensuring every child thrives, makes progress and feels valued
- Brings creativity, energy and a nurturing approach to the learning environment
- Can support, guide and work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
- Is reflective and committed to continuous improvement and professional development
