Class 2 Driver

Introduction

Gi Group are looking for experienced Class 2 drivers in Birmingham for an ongoing role.

Pay and Hours

Monday to Friday: £17 including holiday pay (PAYE only, no umbrellas).

Shifts: 01:00-10:00 start times available; Monday to Friday, weekend shifts also available.

Duties

• 7-10 drops per shift
• Loading and unloading using tail gate, and pump/pallet truck
• Deliveries to stores within train stations, service stations, hospitals, and airports
• Goods in cages or on pallets
• 10-12 hour average shift length

Requirements

• In date, UK, Class 2 licence with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Current and Valid CPC and Digi Tacho
• Previous multi drop experience is preferred
• Well presented and good customer service essential
• Willingness to load and unload using pallet truck
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DD/DR/CU/MS/IN, TT accepted)
