Overview

Chadsgrove Educational Trust Specialist College provides bespoke personalised educational packages that are tailored to suit the individual needs of students aged 19-25 with physical disabilities and/or complex medical needs. We are looking for

We are looking for an outstanding Tutor with experience of teaching young adults with special educational needs. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to prepare and deliver exciting and engaging activities both in the classroom and within the Worcestershire community, working effectively with our Learning Support Assistants and wider College team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for specialist education, uphold the highest standards of ethical, inclusive and ambitious education. Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, ambitious and motivating lessons that foster independence for adulthood
  • Prepare and deliver engaging activities in the classroom and within the community
  • Collaborate effectively with Learning Support Assistants and the wider team
  • Uphold high standards of ethical, inclusive and ambitious education
  • Maintain safeguarding and wellbeing of all students

Qualifications and requirements

  • Commitment to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all students
  • A deep understanding of specialist education and student needs
  • Evidence of high levels of student progress and achievement outcomes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to plan and deliver personalised, ambitious and motivating lessons that foster independence for adulthood

Contract: FULL TIME | PERMANENTStart date: SEPTEMBER 2026Salary: STARTING FROM £27,785* + SEN Allowance (*up to M3 on Qualified Teacher Main Pay Scale, dependant on experience and qualifications)
