Rikama Education is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant in Broadstairs to provide essential support to students aged 5-19 with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities. This rewarding role involves assisting students with communication and emotional challenges and requires prior experience in supporting young people with additional needs.
The position offers a salary of £32,000 per annum with working hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, during term time. Applicants should be open to a DBS check and may benefit from training opportunities.
