Do you want a job that keeps you outdoors, keeps you moving, and lets you actually see London (instead of staring at a screen all day)?We’re expanding our bike delivery fleet and looking for reliable, upbeat Bike Couriers to deliver our gloriously fresh flowers to customers across London — all year round, whatever the weather.
This is a physical, customer-facing role where you’ll be the face of Freddie’s Flowers, bringing joy to doorsteps every day.
Responsibilities
- Deliver fresh flowers by bike across London
- Provide brilliant customer service and represent the brand on the road
- Work as part of a supportive team that genuinely enjoys what they do
- Keep calm under pressure and solve problems as they come up
- Help make sure every delivery is smooth, on time, and a great experience
Requirements
- Can confidently ride a bike (London experience is a bonus, but not essential)
- Work well under pressure and can think on your feet
- Be friendly, approachable, and enjoy meeting customers
- Be organized, flexible, and good at prioritising in a busy environment
- Be quick to learn and proactive when things don’t go to plan
- Like being active and don’t mind a physical job
