Deliver high-quality social work services in accordance with relevant legislation, Council policies, procedures, and the Code of Practice for Social Care Workers.

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes aligned with the Department of Health’s Adult Social Care Outcomes Framework.

Complete:
*
New adult social care assessments
*
Safeguarding enquiries
*
Reviews of care and support needs
*
Support the management team with the effective handling of incoming referrals and daily operational demands.
*
Maintain accurate and timely case recording and assessments.
Requirements
*
Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
*
Recent experience within Adult Social Care
*
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and statutory responsibilities
*
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment
