Forklift Counterbalance Driver – Night Shifts (WS13)

Location: Fradley Park, Lichfield

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Contract: Temp to Perm

Hours: Monday-Friday, start times from 6pm

A strong opportunity for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a fast-paced, high-performing warehouse operation at Fradley Park. This is a stable, long-term role with consistent hours, excellent pay, and a genuine route to permanent employment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading trailers with precision
• Handling 150-200 pallets per shift in a busy environment
• Working closely with the warehouse team to meet tight deadlines
• Completing basic equipment checks and following all H&S procedures

What We’re Looking For

• A valid, in-date Counterbalance Licence
• Previous experience in a warehouse or pallet network environment
• Confidence working with high pallet volumes
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first approach
• Flexibility with evening start times from 6pm
