SEN Learning Support Assistant – Redhill
Full‑time position with immediate start.
We are recruiting a caring and motivated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming school in Redhill. The role provides support to pupils academically and emotionally, helping them build confidence and achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
- Assist children with SEN including ASD, ADHD and SEMH.
- Encourage positive behaviour and classroom engagement.
- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff.
Qualifications
- Patient, positive, and supportive attitude.
- Experience working with children or young people.
- SEN or support work experience desirable.
- Passion for education and making a difference.
- All applicants will require appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position, with the possibility of the role becoming permanent in the future.
