Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised Butler service overnight, ensuring seamless guest experiences from late arrival through to early departure
- Anticipate and respond proactively to guest needs, delivering thoughtful and tailored service
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Support late arrivals, early departures and in‑room service requests with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences to enhance personalised service
- Ensure all overnight guest requests are fulfilled promptly, maintaining the highest service standards
- Handle guest enquiries and concerns with discretion, professionalism and a solution‑focused approach
- Prepare for the following day by supporting pre‑arrival arrangements and guest preferences where required
- Uphold St. Regis brand standards, service rituals and confidentiality expectations
- Maintain a safe and secure environment, following company policies and procedures
- Ensure a professional appearance, communication style and demeanour at all times
- Take a hands‑on approach to operational duties, supporting the wider team as needed
