A ‘Good’ graded, three‑form entry Primary School in the Borough of Brent is seeking a Primary Teacher / Early Career Teacher.

The position will support experienced Primary Teachers and an Early Career Teacher (ECT) beginning their first or second ECT years under the guidance of the Headteacher.

Employment will be on a permanent, full‑time contract directly through the school.

Job Description

• Teach across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 with flexibility on year groups.
• Opportunity to take on TLR roles such as Year Group Lead or Subject Lead (Science, Phonics, Computing, Reading) for experienced teachers.
• Start date September 2026.
• Full‑time, permanent contract within the Inner London pay scale.
• Located in the Borough of Brent.

Person Specification

• UK QTS required.
• Strong understanding of the Primary curriculum.
• Team player with a collaborative approach.
• Graded ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ in lesson observations.
