The Deal

Responsibilities
As a Content Moderator, you’ll be the gatekeeper of a global e-commerce platform (ByteDance), ensuring a safe and positive experience for millions of users by reviewing and moderating content.
The Package
- Total Rewards: €920 gross (paid 14 times/year) + 45€ paid 11 times + €1500 Welcome Bonus (paid monthly).
- Daily Perks: €7.63 meal allowance per working day.
- Health: Private insurance from Day 1 (becomes free after 6 months).
- Training: Fully paid professional onboarding.
The Details
- Start Date: 30 April 2026.
- Location: On-site in Lisbon (International hub).
- Schedule: 24/7 rotating shifts (Work 5 days, 2 days off).
