OverviewWe’re looking for a Brunch Chef to lead the kitchen at our Wandsworth café. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working with quality ingredients and delivering a consistent, well‑executed brunch service.
The role
Overall responsibility for the kitchen
Prepare and run daily brunch service
Work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
Able to plate dishes and run food to tables during service
Manage ordering and stock
Cost menu dishes and work closely with suppliers
What we’re looking for
Strong understanding of food hygiene and health & safety
Food hygiene certificate
Reliable, punctual, and hard‑working
Calm under pressure with good attention to detail
A genuine interest in good food and kitchen operations
