SANZA Teaching Agency is supporting a Primary Teacher to join a well‑regarded independent school on a part‑time, long‑term basis. This is a classroom‑based teaching role within a high‑achieving school environment, focused on delivering engaging lessons and maintaining high academic standards across the primary curriculum.

The Role

• Part‑time position – flexible for the right applicant
• Providing PPA cover, delivering high‑quality lessons across KS2
• Creating a positive, inclusive and structured classroom environment
• Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
• Working collaboratively with support staff and senior leaders
• Encouraging pupil confidence, engagement and academic achievement
• Maintaining strong behaviour management and safeguarding standards

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or overseas equivalent – pending other experience
• Ideally experience teaching in UK primary schools (independent or maintained)
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
• Confident classroom management and clear communication skills
• Professional, organised and reliable approach
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Able to commute easily to the school
