Discipleship & Congregational Care Pastor

Reformed Theological Seminary in Tipton seeks a Pastor of Discipleship and Congregational Care to oversee ministries that facilitate deepening members’ faith through discipleship and care. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Senior Pastor and engage in various administrative and outreach efforts.

This full-time position requires a Bachelor’s degree, with seminary training preferred, and 3-5 years of ministry experience. Salary range is $55k-$70k.
