Role Details

  • Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (Full‑Time)
  • Pay: 95 – 105 per day
  • Start Date: September 2026 (trial days available now)
  • Contract: Monday to Friday, term‑time only
  • Duration: Full academic year (with potential to become permanent)
  • Location: Lambeth, London

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils aged 9-18 with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and behavioural challenges. You’ll work closely with experienced staff, receive hands‑on training, and make a meaningful difference every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support
  • Assisting pupils with their learning, development, and wellbeing
  • Supporting students with personal care needs in a respectful and dignified manner
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
