What you’ll do:
- Run your section confidently during service within your scheduled shifts.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes aligned with a daily changing menu.
- Work closely with the senior team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Support prep, stock rotation, ordering awareness, and waste reduction.
- Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, organisation, and food safety.
