Job Summary

Minibus Driver (Casual) – transport students to/from school Monday‑Friday during term time only. Contract: Casual. Location: Northampton High School, Newport Pagnell Road, Hardingstone, NN4 6UU. Salary: £14.51 per hour plus holiday pay.

Responsibilities

• Transport students to/from school Monday‑Friday during term time.
• Start 06:00 am morning shift and 15:15 pm afternoon shift, varying as required.
• Provide support for transportation to sports fixtures or school trips during term time.
• Maintain good customer relations with parents and staff.
• Drive safely and respond calmly in emergencies.
• Support events across the school calendar.

Qualifications

• Valid Category D1 driving licence (preferred) with a satisfactory record.
• Prepared to take MIDAS qualification.
• Prepared to take suitable First Aid qualification.
• Over 21 years of age.
• IT proficiency.
• Excellent customer service skills.
