Crown & Anchor is small yet mighty, it is a lively place to work with customers spilling onto the streets, in an orderly fashion of course. ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is intended to support professional growth, enhance leadership skills, and provide a solid foundation for progression into future management positions.
Joining the team as a Supervisor, you’ll ensure every shift goes like clockwork. That involves enabling your team to deliver the best possible service and confidently dealing with any issues that arise. You’ll also get to know busy times, and ensure we’re ready for them, and organise rotas accordingly. We think of ourselves as a close-knit team and you’ll help to ensure that everyone feels supported and confident in their roles.
