Are you passionate about exceptional service and creating memorable experiences? The Catering Assistant will deliver friendly and professional service to all visitors, and support the team during busy periods.
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and professional service to all visitors.
- Serve customers with a smile, taking orders and handling payments.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, light snacks, and meals.
- Keep the café area clean, tidy, and well‑stocked.
- Support the team during busy periods with a can‑do attitude.
- Provide helpful information and support to enhance customer experiences.
- Assist in keeping customer areas clean, safe, and inviting.
