Flexsource NI are working in exclusive partnership with NIE Networks in their search for an Administrative Assistant on a 12-18 Month Fixed Term Contract
About the Role:
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of time sensitive documents to drive compliance within agreed timeframes
- Respond to customers and other stakeholders in relation to land and property and wayleave applications
- Interpret and review agreements making changes to wayleave payments when applicable.
- Input and scan wayleave agreements, easements and other legal title to our property systems
- Provide excellent customer service by telephone, email and letter
- Resolve any potential complaints effectively and efficiently and, if required, escape the matter to the appropriate manager
- Support the Land and Property Manager and wider team in maintaining a robust framework of internal controls
- Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of continuous improvement
- Actively contribute as a collaborative and reliable member of the Team, promoting a positive and solution-focused working environment
- Undertake any other duties reasonably required to support the effective delivery of Land and Property services
Requirements:
- 4 GCSE’s including English and Math
- Relevant Degree, HND, or HNC qualifications are desirable
- Demonstrative experience managing administrative processes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team environment
- Proficient IT user, to include Microsoft Office applications and data entry platforms
For you:
- Full Time, 37 hours per week
- Work from home 2 days per week after initial training period
- £26,680 – £28,659 per annum
