Travel Service Partner – Asda Travel Money
Location: Cardiff | Hours: 16 per week | Pay: £13.50 per hour + monthly bonus | Contract: Temp Part Time 12 month Mat cover

As a Travel Service Partner, you’ll be part of a friendly team in one of our Bureaux, supporting our customers with their travel money needs and delivering brilliant service every time.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering fantastic customer service.
- Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs.
- Putting training into action and offering expert advice on our products and services, converting interest into sales.
- Consistently working towards achieving and exceeding team sales targets.
- Working in a fast‑paced environment processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately so customers leave happy.
- Working together as a team, driving performance, delivering excellence and celebrating success together.
- Following company processes and paying attention to detail to keep everything on track.
