What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking with prospective customers and identifying their needs
- Generating and qualifying leads for our sales team
- Building positive, professional relationships with customers
- Supporting the team in achieving business and customer‑focused goals
- Keeping accurate records using our systems
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, approachable attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable speaking to people over the phone
- Good communication and basic computer skills
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to develop professionally
Experience in sales, insurance, or regulated environments is helpful but not essential — we’re happy to train the right person.
