About the Role
UK Packs (Eastpak) is looking for an exceptional Sales Representative to join our UK sales team, based in London, United Kingdom. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the commercial development of a selected distribution channel. As a Sales Representative, you will be a key member of the UK Packs (Eastpak, Kipling & JanSport) sales team, with full ownership of the commercial development of your assigned channel and customer portfolio. This position will work closely with the UK sales and VM team and the central Business Planning and Merchandising teams.
Responsibilities
- Developing sustainable and profitable sales of Eastpak Brand through effective management of an assigned portfolio of customers
- Planning and executing business activities to deliver against sales, distribution, and segmentation targets
- Identifying, opening, and developing new accounts while ensuring optimal territory management and distribution aligned with brand strategy
- Visiting existing customers at least once per season and conducting Pre-Book selling meetings from the London showroom to build long-term partnerships
- Delivering compelling and professional product presentations to your account base, grounded in a strong understanding of the Eastpak Go-To-Market strategy
- Running seasonal staff training sessions (formal and informal), ensuring partner teams are knowledgeable, engaged, and motivated to sell the brand
- Ensuring strong in-store visibility and premium product presentation, in line with brand guidelines, using appropriate signage and POS materials
- Collaborating closely with your channel marketing partner to support the development and execution of impactful trade marketing campaigns
- Monitoring and analysing weekly sell-through data to support order management, drive in-season reorders, and optimise future range planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales with proven track record (preferably within luggage or accessory background)
- Strong interpersonal skills. You need to be confident and capable of building good relationships with high levels of communication.
- A self-starter who can work independently.
- Data driven with a quantitative and qualitative outlook.
- Good organization skills and a solution oriented approach.
- Deep appreciation for brands and team culture.
- Computer literate and good knowledge of MS Office packages.
- A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in business is nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
- This role will require extensive travel up to 70% in UK with occasional trips in EMEA and you should enjoy being in the market. You will also need a clean driving license.
