Overview

Hours: Part time (22.5 hours or 30 hours). Contract: Permanent. Flexibility: 8.5 hour shifts per day including 1-hour unpaid meal break. Applicants must be flexible to work both morning and late shift patterns. Full weekend availability is required. Salary: Starting rate of £14.80 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Floor Excellence: Keep the store clean, well-stocked, organized, and beautifully presented to inspire customers.
  • Sales & Inventory Management: Monitor customer reactions to adjust visual displays and stock levels by style, colour, and size to meet demand.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues, offer support, and help create a strong, united team.
  • Sustainability: Champion the recycling programme, promote repair services, and participate in local community activities.
  • Retail Technology: Contribute to content creation for social media campaigns, styling app, or livestream channel if you are excited about being in the spotlight.

  • On-the-job training: Develop customer service and store operation skills in real time with guidance from an experienced trainer in-store.
