Job Description:

Serve customers with a friendly, helpful attitude and assist with product inquiries.
Share knowledge of Star Buys and other promotions to drive sales.
Maintain store appearance, ensure displays are attractive and stock levels are sufficient.
Support the team in reaching and exceeding store sales targets.
Participate in the 12‑month Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship training program, including in‑store training, discussion forums and performance observations.

Grade 4 (or C) GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent national 4s for Scotland).
Not currently enrolled in any education programme and available for full‑time shifts.
No prior retail apprenticeship experience.
Eligible to work in the UK.
Brand‑new to retail.
Positive mindset, clear communication and a passion for health & beauty and customer service.
Desire to learn and improve skills, flexibility and adaptability to change.
