What you’ll do

  • Style the full fitAsk great questions, read the vibe and build complete looks — shoes, layers, accessories and care. No half fits.
  • Know the product, know the cultureLearn silhouettes, performance tech, materials and care. From heritage drops to new launches — you’ll be trained to be a Footasylum Brand Ambassador.
  • Host the hypeLead on launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions and in‑store activations. If it’s happening, you’re part of the energy.
  • Chase the winDrive sales, hit KPIs, grow basket values and celebrate team successes. Progress over perfection.
  • Keep it premiumMerchandise, stock and visuals on point. Keep the store fresh, tidy and ready for customers.

About you

  • Outgoing, confident and approachable — you enjoy talking to customers and building rapport.
  • Passionate about trainers and streetwear, curious to learn and share knowledge.
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends and comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
  • A team player with a growth mindset — open to feedback and keen to develop.
