We’re hiring a Senior Sales Associate to join our flagship Docklands office – our highest-performing branch, with a thriving portfolio and constant flow of high-value instructions. Responsibilities
- Managing a broad portfolio of premium Docklands properties
- Handling applicant enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings
- Negotiating sales, managing offers, and securing the best outcomes for sellers
- Building lasting relationships with clients and buyers
- Selling financial service and legal referrals
- Playing a key role in driving new business through referrals and local canvassing
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years experience in a property role
- Highly motivated and commercially minded
- Confident communicator and sharp negotiator
- Organised and detail-oriented under pressure
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
What You’ll Get
- Basic Salary: £25,000 per annum
- OTE: £50,000+ (uncapped)
- Car Allowance: £2,400 per annum
- Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. Saturdays, 10am–4pm on rotation (5-day working week)
- Holiday: 20 days, plus bank holidays and your birthday off. We also close for Christmas.
