About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected housebuilder as a Supporting Sales Advisor. This Sales Advisor role provides a determined individual with the chance to develop skills and experience, whilst making a real difference in one of the most exciting journeys in people s lives. The successful Sales Advisor will be part of a small but dynamic team operating across the Central Belt of Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
- Support existing Sales Advisor teams across multiple developments in locations throughout Central Scotland.
- Assist with new development launches and events and provide double or holiday cover as required.
- Provide administrative support to the wider sales team.
- Host show home visits and ensure excellent presentation standards across developments.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer journey.
- Use Salesforce CRM daily to record activity and assist in sales progression.
- Ensure compliance with all internal processes and procedures, including the Consumer Code for Home Builders.
- Complete ad hoc tasks as requested by the Sales Manager.
Desired Attributes
- No prior experience in property sales is necessary, although beneficial.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Outstanding people skills and confidence when dealing with customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, self-motivated and driven.
- Resilient, organised and adaptable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as standard.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Confident in the use of Microsoft packages.
