Key Account Representative – Wednesbury (WS10)
Location: Wednesbury, WS10 7NRPay: £12.71 per hourHours: Monday – Friday | Alternating shifts:
- 8:00am – 4:30pm
- 8:30am – 5:00pm
Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for a Key Account Representative to join our client based in Wednesbury.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and account management skills to join a professional and fast-paced environment within the waste and recycling sector.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key strategic accounts, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and supporting contract retention and future business growth.
You will work closely with internal departments and key stakeholders to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing key customer accounts
- Responding to customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Working towards first contact resolution wherever possible
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Producing management information (MI) reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Supporting contract renewals and customer retention
- Building strong relationships with clients and operational teams
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or administration
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail
