Tesco Shift Lead
Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Additional payments may be available. You will be scheduled within the availability windows shown and must give at least 3 weeks notice of your shifts. The role guarantees a minimum of 16 hours per week, with 12 hour roles also available.

- Lead the team to deliver a great customer experience in‑store.
- Manage day‑to‑day operational queries and act as the go‑to person for colleagues.

Qualifications
- Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring customers’ needs are met.
- Clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
- Natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
