Sales Adviser – Norwich

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, self‑motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team as a Sales Adviser in Norwich. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while building strong client relationships. As a Sales Adviser, you’ll drive business development, expand market share, and represent our Estate Agency locally.

Salary & Benefits

  • £25,000 basic salary

Full‑time working hours: 8:30 am to 6 pm four weekdays per week, and 9 am to 5 pm every Saturday.

Training

  • One week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, purpose‑built training location
  • Industry‑leading training delivered through one‑to‑one and group sessions
  • Day‑to‑day learning led by industry experts
  • Fully‑paid hotel stay during training (depending on travel time and distance)
  • Second week at the L&D Centre within first five‑six weeks of employment

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily/weekly/monthly business targets are met
  • Custodian of Spicerhaart Ways for valuation generation activities within the branch
  • Proactively communicate with all valuation opportunities in ROSIE software through outbound calls, ensuring regular contact
  • Ensure all call‑out campaigns for properties for sale are fulfilled and ROSIE operating standards maintained
  • Attend morning meetings with updates on weekly valuation pipeline
  • Lead as Canvassing Champion, implementing door‑knocking and zonal canvassing strategy, tracking new listings, withdrawals, and lead generation
  • Engage in daily 1:1 meetings with line manager for coaching and business development
  • Manage and respond to intranet leads daily and portal opportunities via Rightmove Opportunity Manager and On The Market Valuation Manager
  • Use ROSIE to manage Local Owner to Sell (LOTS) customers, keeping communication frequent to close valuation opportunities
  • Generate referral business through high‑quality customer engagement
  • Engage in local canvassing and prospecting activities: social media, door knocking, telephone prospecting, leaflet distribution, and personal brand building via social media/video
  • Take inbound calls to fulfill applicant registration, identify and close valuation, viewing, and financial services opportunities

Eligibility Requirements

  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Access to own vehicle in good condition; proof of business insurance required
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Basic IT proficiency and keen eye for detail
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (as per Immigration, Asylum, and Nationality Act 2006)
  • Proof of right to work: passport or birth certificate

Other Information

Training costs may be reimbursed if the successful candidate voluntarily leaves the role within the first 12 months of employment.
