Overview
Your journey as a Sales Adviser will begin with a one‑week training session at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester. The course includes purpose‑built training facilities, industry‑leading instruction delivered through one‑to‑one and group sessions, day‑to‑day learning led by industry experts, and a fully paid hotel stay to cover travel time and distance.
After training, you will join the team in Norwich to make an impact as a Sales Adviser.
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly business targets.
- Act as custodian of the Spicerhaart Ways for valuation generation activities within the branch operation.
- Communicate proactively with all valuation opportunities in the ROSIE software system through outbound calls, ensuring continuous engagement.
- Complete call‑out campaigns targeting properties for sale and maintain ROSIE operating standards.
- Attend the morning meeting with updates on the week’s valuation pipeline.
- Lead canvassing efforts as Canvassing Champion, implementing a structured door‑knocking and zonal canvassing strategy, tracking new listings, withdrawn properties, and lead generation, while using ROSIE to manage market leads.
- Engage in daily 1:1 meetings with your line manager to identify coaching and business development opportunities.
- Manage portal opportunities in Rightmove Opportunity Manager and On The Market Valuation Manager on a daily basis.
- Respond to intranet leads daily and use ROSIE to ensure all Local Owner to Sell (LOTS) customers are contacted regularly to advance valuation opportunities.
- Generate referral business through first‑class customer engagement.
- Conduct local canvassing and prospecting activities, including social media, door‑knocking, telephone prospecting and leaflet distribution, building a personal brand through frequent online presence.
- Take inbound calls, register applicants in line with training, and close valuations, viewings and financial services opportunities.

- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Basic IT proficiency and keen eye for detail.
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
- Evidence of right to work in the UK (passport or birth certificate).

Compensation & Benefits
- £25,000 basic salary.
- Target earnings of £42,000 per year, plus additional commission.
