Deliver GI actuarial advisory services for a global consultancy
Are you a part-qualified or qualified GI actuary, looking for a career move to an internationally recognised firm?
Then this is a truly exceptional opportunity to provide general insurance advice and consulting services to a range of diverse clients including insurers, banks and regulators.
Your remit will also cover a wide range of areas such as:
- solvency
- economic capital
- risk management
- mergers and acquisitions
- company restructuring and risk control
- financial modelling
- underwriting
- new legislation
- the efficiency of claims or reporting processes
You will typically be involved in pricing, reserving and modelling services so the overall diversity of the role will ensure that you will continually be presented exciting challenges and complex problems to solve.
With significant experience in general insurance work, including Risk and capital, the successful candiate will possess a good understanding of non-life capital models.
Exposure to reserving and pricing would be beneficial within London/Lloyds market and/or the Personal & Commercial lines markets.
