Responsibilities
- Manage your own territory of over 120 stores, visiting 10–15 per day, delivering tailored service to each customer.
- Work independently and think on your feet, relying on your self‑motivation and great time‑management skills.
- Assist your team by delivering individual KPIs and acting as the Champion of a designated area, sharing expertise and helping others maximise opportunities.
- Cash and carry visits to collect stock in Booker Medway or Booker Tunbridge Wells.
- Plan your day ahead using your call file, ensuring that each store benefits from your visit.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Build strong relationships with customers to maximise service.
- Create, grow, and maintain your own personal portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed business KPIs.
- Champion an aspect of the role for your team.
Qualifications
- Full, manual UK driving licence.
- Sales skills.
- Basic IT skills.
- Relationship building ability.
- Time‑management skills.
- Positive, persuasive attitude towards your work.
- Self‑directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience working to targets.
